We strongly believe that to grow business, businesses must invest in their people and their people will grow their business. Investing in people is the key to unlocking a company’s full potential.
WE CROSSED PATHS
We crossed our paths in the corporate world while we both were working as HR professionals at HCL Technologies, Bangalore, in 2007. Over the years we became best friends and our destiny brought us together in the city of London in 2014.
We continued building our respective careers and today together we carry around 20+ years of cumulative experience from the corporate world having specialized in areas such as Talent acquisition,Talent Management,Talent Transformation,HR Business Partnering, HR Operations,Employee Engagement and Coaching.
Coffee Conversations
As we carried on with our respective careers and lives, we continued to have our never ending coffee conversations. One such coffee conversation gave a new shape to our careers. It was an autumn afternoon in 2021, amidst our coffee conversation we discovered our shared vision and passion for helping people and organizations to grow to their highest potential.
Experience in HR
We realized that our collective experience in HR has given us a profound understanding of the challenges businesses face in attracting, retaining, and developing talent. We knew that traditional HR practices often fall short in nurturing the potential of employees and enhancing workplace cultures. We envisioned to build solutions which will help create a future where employees can enhance their skills, capabilities,mindsets and feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best.
Partnership
Our partnership began that day and People Element was born.Later on over the months we carried out in-depth market research and started understanding the needs of current organizations and how everything has changed post pandemic.The journey was not without its challenges. We invested countless hours into researching the latest trends in human resources ,networking with industry experts and running a few programs.
SEED
